He told me about when he had started delivering mail in our village Farigliano with his bicycle ... and when he walked the streets with his beloved bag full of newspapers and with his inseparable blue hat, passing from house to house and from farmhouse to farmhouse. to deliver letters, telegrams or newspapers to people to read .. Once upon a time, television did not exist and people anxiously awaited the news of the various newspapers that were delivered punctually every day by my grandfather. For them the arrival of the postman was so beautiful that in fact, I was told, several times at the end of the day.
